EQUATION FOR ORDERING HOG
1 pound is given per person at hanging weight (which is processed and chilled). After roasting is completed you will be getting approximately 1/4 of the hanging weight.
 
Example - 120 servings, order would be approximately 120 pounds, giving approximately 30 - 40 pounds of meat for the roast. We deliver within a 25-mile range; add $25 each additional 15 miles).
