DEPOSIT HOG ROAST & INDIVIDUAL MEAT ROASTS
A 50% deposit is required to book a date. This guarantees the date and meat prices at the time of booking. |

BANQUETS FOR BASIC, FULL AND DELUXE SERVICE
A 25% deposit is required for banquet events. This guarantees the date and menu prices at the time of booking.
A total of 50% deposit is due four weeks before event (required for ANY BOOKINGS 3 months or less).
The total balance is due the day before the event.

Cancellations with 6 months advance notice -100% Cancellations with 3 to 6 months advance notice - 50% Cancellations less than 3 months notice - 0%
