*For meats requested to be cooked on site add $175. Add $75 for each additional roaster needed.
*Full and deluxe service includes coffee / tea / punch upon request. *Service for fewer than 150 servings add $1.00 per serving to group price.

Hot foods in aluminum pans
When beverages are ordered a $20 fee will be added for pick up of containers.

FULL SERVICE

Uniformed servers will clear tables after food service
Chafing dishes are provided for hot foods
Tablecloths and skirting for food tables
Disposable foam plates
Plastic, heavy-duty silverware
Paper napkins
15% service charge will be added to full service

DELUXE SERVICE

Uniformed servers will clear tables after food service
A Maitre d’ will provide announcements before food service
Chafing dishes are provided for hot foods
Plastic table coverings and skirting for priority tables (Food, cake, gift and receiving)
Disposable clear, hard plastic plates
Heavy-duty silverware
Paper napkins any color
A 15% service charge will be added to the Deluxe Service
